Overall the cruise was very enjoyable, perfect weather calm seas in spite of hurricanes in all manner of category decimating islands causing mayhem and destruction.I would do this cruise again in a heartbeat.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Good.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Played trivia, engaged in almost all the fun activities, worked out at the fitness center.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
There was quite a variety of music and stage shows, the DJs spun very well but the productions put on by the cast of singers and dancers of the Summit were quite boring. This needs total overhaul.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Excellent overall. They were so willing to please, always cheerful and respectful

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Short answer ....YES.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Comfortable, convenient, adequate storage, well laid out, comfy bed and pillows, generally clean .The port window should have been cleaned while in port/s.

Ship tip

Choose this itinerary if you want an all encompassing cruise experience. The balance/spacing between port and sea days made for an almost absolute enjoyment of ports/tours and shipboard activities in relaxed manner.Nothing overwhelmed.

Fascinatingly French, chuck full of history, very artsy, consummately intriguing.I thoroughy enjoyed the hop on hop scope on day 1 and the tour on the 2nd day. This included visits to the Mount Moroncey Falls (quite ordinary and unimpressive though),the Copper Boutique/Museum (featuring the copper wizardry of Albert Gilles)The Sainte Anne-de- Beaupre Basilica.Daniel our knowledgeable driver/guide drove us through Avenue Royale (supposedly the oldest avenue in Canada - so Daniel said)where we saw root cellars and praying stations very well preserved. Then we stopped off at Chez Marie where they offered 1 slice of bread with maple syrup butter costing $1.75C.Next on to Ile d' Orleans with gorgeous houses on expansive well manicured grounds, stopped off at the Chocolaterie for all manner of locally made chocolates.

Halifax, Nova Scotia
