Review summary

The crew and employees are for the most part fantastic.  Had one waitress that was rude and the casino table dealers are not the friendliest.  The Summit ship/rooms need maintenance.  The food could be updated and better cuts of beef could be served.  Understand they are feeding a lot of people and it's expensive to serve food that is close to hot but Celebrity is supposed to be a notch above the other cruise lines.  It was super on two previous cruises but not so much this time.  Difficult to build loyalty under these circumstances.

Onboard Activities

Have been on other cruises with more to do during the day such as guest speakers, etc.

Entertainment

The performers practice and work so hard to put on a good show. Too bad the band music is so loud they have to scream when they sing.

Service and Staff

The crew and employees are for the most part fantastic.  Had one waitress that was rude and the casino table dealers are not the friendliest. The person taking care of our stateroom, Ike, was super as was our waiter Carmelo.

Ship Quality

Outdated and in need of maintenance

Cabin / Stateroom

Appearance is nice but when you look closely, the showers need to be re-done and the outdoor balcony rails were rusty.

Ship tip

When you dock at Nassau, there are taxis and water taxis available at a nominal fee to take you over to Atlantis.
