Review summary
We have cruised many times in the past, and we were not disappointed this time out. The pros were the entertainment and the staff. They were all very friendly and receptive to correcting any problems that came up along the way. We had several nights in a noisy cabin (9147) and they changed it for us after verifying our complaint. In addition, we weren't happy with the hostess at the dining room who wasn't proactive about a request for a table for two. The maître d Joseph quickly to our satisfaction with a smile. The downside of the cruise was that many of the menu selections were not to our liking including many caribbean and curry dishes. That being said, we found satisfactory selections during each meal. In fact, their baked goods were the best of any ship we have cruised on. All in all, a positive experience and we will definitely return to Celebrity.
