Review summary

The food was great and the ship was clean. The crew is very friendly. We have always enjoyed cruising with Celebrity. The only issue we had was with guest relations. We were pretty much lied to by them. See below.

guest relations lied to us. We had no TV for 3 days and was continually told they would come fix it but that never happened. They call our room to tell us they were giving us an onboard credit for the next cruise because of this issue. They said they were sending right to our cabin....well that never happened either.
