Review summary
First off, the embarkation process was was extremely confusing. We had to show our ship card literally to a crew person every 4' at least 6 times before embarking carrying heavy luggage with us in 84 degree heat around a long ramp. Then we get to the room which wasn't set up right and seemed very small. They had mirrors along one wall to make the room seem bigger but only one person could walk along the end of the bed at a time. The couch sank when you set in it and was really too small for two. The shower leaked water all week at the bottom on the bathrrom floor. Only two electric sockets, not in the bathroom. Not enough hangers. Bed uncomfortable. Windows so dirty on the cruise ship, hard to see out of them. Dining room in am only open til 9 am, not long enough when on vacation. Buffet had what seemed like powered eggs and same food exactly every day which was not that great. Felt like just leftover from day before. Evening dining experience was disappointing as well. One good thing was was that the food was hot. Sizzler was excellent. Appetizers lacked alot in the amount of food...needed more. Desserts were just plain lousy, creme brulee and chocholate cake the only two good ones. We had better pastries on one of the islands. Then there was the matter of using the guest services....frankly the women we dealt with with just plain rude, impolite, and unprofessional. That was the final deciding factor and reason why we will be telling all our friends and family not to take celebrity!!!
