Embarkation

1 out of 5
Embarkation, like so much other events was unorganized. it was as though this was the first time they had ever done it. directions were minimal and confusing.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
the main dining room was great, the service was impeccable. however, frequently the main dining room was not opened for breakfast and lunch, there were times that the hours were changed but there was no communication. the app was not updated to reflect the adjusted times. because the dining room was often not open every one was attempting to eat in the buffet area. because there were so many people there was not enough seating. the hours of the buffet were off, it didn’t open for lunch until noon then closed at 1:30? there was no option to eat early or late in order to avoid the crowds.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
the staff in the main dining room were great. most of the bartenders were great. they were all very attentive and hard working. however, staff a the front door of the main dining room, guest services not so much. frequently we were not able to get answers to questions. they were not helpful at all.

Don't give up on Celebrity. They do a very hood job for their slice of the market. I think you will find as you gain more cruising experience you will find your way around some of your stumbling blocks. I prefer a pool deck grill for lunch and some of the out of the way seating options for breakfast or lunch in the buffet. I can't remember the last time I ate breakfast or lunch in the formal dining room or dinner in the buffet. Keep sailing it gets easier with practice!
