Review summary

It was a great experience. We learned a lot about cruises and Alaska. Next one will be tropical since it was too cold to go outside on the ship and cold in the ports too. But we did luck out with sunshine at all stops, so that was awesome!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Good, the Seattle port runs very smoothly, people were very helpful directing us exactly where we needed to go.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Main dining room was always very good. Buffet was great for breakfast and lunch, but dinner, not so much. We did not do any specialty dining.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There was a lot of fun activities to choose from ALL day long. Wish I had booked some of them as soon as we got on board, as they filled up fast.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Shows were excellent!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone of them were polite, friendly and helpful. Always putting our needs first.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
They were cleaning all the time, Ship layout was challenging at first, but we figured it out after the first few days.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Was actually roomier than we expected. Very comfortable, Tripped into the bathroom too many times, but that was my fault, couldn't get used to that step up.

Ship tip

Try to find all activities as soon as possible and book them right away.

Disappointed we could not get to Dewar's Glacier due to a large iceberg, but can't control nature.

The tour bus was the way to go. We got to see so much and the driver stopped often so we could get out ant take pictrues.
