Review summary

Basically I won't cruise with celebrity again. I didn't find it met my overall needs. However I will do the Alaska trip on a different ship again because it was so amazing.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was bland.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Ship clearly catered to an older clientele so there wasn't anything super fun going on for younger folks.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The DJ was probably 70 years old. Otherwise it was ok. We weren't there for the entertainment.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Ship was clean and nice.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Cabin was cozy with plenty of space. Bathroom was a nice size. Balcony was good too.

Ship tip

If you are under 50 you will most likely be bored but it's relaxing and Alaska is worth it.

Correction: meant to say twerking by elevators sorry

I rather go on Celebrity where it's much quieter which is what I want then fights and hair pulling, tweaking by elevators by middle age over weight women and unaccompanied children screaming down hallways but to each their own. Not saying anything against your choice or honest opinion, you are entitled to do so but I love Celebrity as many other cruise lines. Happy cruising in the future.

Yeah, Celebrity is definitely not a party ship but finding it boring is not so much about your age as what type of person you are. Some people must have exciting activities to keep them entertained and others don’t. I first sailed on Celebrity in my 30’s and was never bored.
