Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food everywhere on the ship was AMAZING from the dining in the Cafe buffet. I had dinner in a few of the specialty restaurants, I had dinner with a friend in Le Petit chef at silk Harvest this was one of the most entertaining fun imaginative dining experiences that I have ever had from the beginning of the dinner to the end of dessert and coffee watching the video presentation during dinner was fun enjoyable and nothing like I have ever seen in my life before I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody that is looking for a fun dining experience. I I had dinner in the Murano restaurant Mansur was my Chef De Rang I was a solo Diner and really wanted to take my time appreciating every aspect of the meal I was about to have. I took in that meal with every sense that I have appreciating the beauty the smell the effort that was put into this meal for me. I was taking in everything about this meal with all five of my senses I took my time it took me three and a half hours to eat this meal by the end of it this meal had touched my soul I was the most relaxed satisfied and engaged in this meal that I have ever been in my life! I think Mansur, and all of the dining staff for making this the most amazing meal of my life. I would recommend this dining experience to anyone. From the smoked salmon appetizer, Philo wraps scallops, goat cheese souffle steak freeze to the chocolate souffle and coffee this was the most amazing 3 hours of my life thank you everyone for the gift you have given me.

Onboard Activities

I enjoyed morning stretches in the spa and long walks on decks. The pools were not over crowded and the hospitality staff were amazing

Entertainment

5 out of 5
I attended all of the evening shows in the theater there was so much effort put into each performance. I attended the dealer No Deal game and had a great time someone even want to free trip for two on a future Cruise. I attended two shows put on by Vinny Grosso a comedic magician he was fun entertaining and a pleasure to speak with when I saw him on decks he was courteous and gracious. The two entertainers that did the games in the foyer, grand foyer, Sky Lounge or so much fun and entertaining I had a wonderful time being the captain of one of the scattergory games. The golf challenge down the main foyer stairs was so much fun.

Service and Staff

iis was my room attendant she made every part of this trip enjoyable fun and if there was anything I ever needed she was always around to give suggestions tips or just a smile even under the mask I could see it in her eyes that she truly enjoyed her job. There was a young lady by the name of Mimi that greeted us when we entered the cafe dining room she was attentive and friendly and even helped me press the buttons for the elevator when I had my hands full of coffee for the family she was asset to the dining experience

Ship Quality

The layout was incredible it was not hard to find anything and it was easy to find a secluded little spot in the Sky Lounge to sit and enjoy the surroundings and atmosphere

Disembarkation

When I disembarked for Excursion import or disembarking the ship the crew made everything smooth and enjoyable it really only took minutes to get off the ship no matter where I was at. While in Skagway a rock slide prevented us from disembarking the normal way, So without a hesitation it had been decided to lower the lifeboats and disembark the ship 20 30 people at a time it was so much fun getting to see how big the ship was from a tiny little boat next to it the boat trip to the dock was fun and entertaining the crew even helped a small child who had dropped her stuffed toy and and returned it to them it was so nice to see people go out of their way and be so friendly and courteous to everyone I wish the rest of the world was like that
