Review summary

We both wanted a relaxing holiday. As this was a repositioning cruise there were a lot of sea days which means a lot more relaxation. Celebrity are a fabulous cruise company and I can’t imagine using anyone else in the future

Ship Quality

Ship very clean and tidy is due to be refurbished October 2021

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Very comfortable clean cabin located Portside aft corner of the ship. It is suggested that these sky suites are larger than standard sky suites - they are a little larger but still plenty of space. This cabin looks an odd shape on deck plans but is not in reality. The cabin faces directly outward from the back of ship so you get some great photos and the deck is definitely larger than standard being on a corner. We did experience a little soot one morning on the balcony but this was quickly cleaned by our room attendant. It only happened once on a 17 night cruise so I guess it depends on which way the wind is blowing. There are 2 large supporting beams in cabin - one 3/4 way down left side of bed and one beside the sofa but neither one got in the way so not really an issue

Ship tip

Spectacular customer service both staff and crew

Were unable to get onto the excursion we wanted onboard so we booked our own West Coast Tour with Unique Tahiti Tours online. Lovely air conditioned van and great tour without all the crowds

Absolutely amazing day and one neither of us will ever forget. We booked the Polynesian Motu lunch - little pricey but was most of the day and we did and saw so much. We swam with sharks and stingrays and snorkelled over beautiful coral reef and tropical fish then had a traditional Tahitian lunch sitting at a BBQ table in warm sea water with small fish swimming around us nearby..can’t recommend this excursion highly enough

Auckland, New Zealand
