Amazing service, great food, enjoyable on board activities, but seeing the glacier with whales spouting near by and harbor seals floating on chunks of ice was the best!

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Other than pushing the specialty dining at least once a day, the food at the buffet and MDR is so delicious and prepared exactly as asked.
Onboard Activities

The glass blowing is unique and captivating. The whirlpools were always a nice temperature for soothing sore walking feet.
Entertainment

The staff stage performers were amazingly talented and fun to watch. The musicians must know every song ever written and are also quite skilled. Brent Dixon, the naturalist is phenomenal and really makes the trip memorable. The Captain's talk about the building of the ship was really interesting and well done- a treat. The comedian, unfortunately, brings the whole rating down. I think he was high. He repeated himself often and we should have walked out.
Children's Programs
Kids too old.
Service and Staff

Attention to detail. Everyone greets you, makes eye contact and says hello. Everyone is helpful. There was barely any line at the service desk, ever.
Ship Quality

Always clean, however, our traveling companion hit his head on a protruding structure while sitting down in the Passport bar.
Cabin / Stateroom

Great space, plenty of hangars, fairly large shower compared to most cruise ships.
Ship tip
The coffee shop is a beautiful comfy place to watch the water and sip a delicious esspresso. Dont stand in a long line, just sit down. There is table service that includes the pastries, cakes, and cookies. The selection changes daily. The specialty coffees and teas are extra but included in the drink package.
Went to the Red Dog saloon. Fun, bawdy songs with fun drinks. The rest of Juneau that I saw was similar to Mexican ports where they sell overpriced jewlery and people try to get you into their stores.
