The cruise was great because of the staff. The food left a lot to be desired. Most of the ports were amazing, and the captain was excellent!

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
The main dining room was okay for dinner, however lunch and breakfast were horrible. The specialty restaurants were hit and miss. 1/3 was amazing. The other two we tried were just okay. Room service food was awful. The buffet was overwhelming and not great.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
There was no time to be bored. There was always something you could be doing.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
The shows were also hit and miss. They had one great comedian and one terrible comedian. The musicals weren't bad. The game show was fabulous.
Children's Programs
I didn't bring Children
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Service was amazing everywhere you went. There was always someone there to help you with a smile on their face.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The ship was clean and laid out well.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
The cabin was clean but bare bones, which was expected. It was supposed to have a sitting area which it did not, and that made it difficult.
Ship tip
Go to anything that is hosted by the captain. He's great. Go to the World class bar for drinks, and don't skip paying to eat at the Murano. It's worth it!
This was breathtaking and amazing. Our captain was supurb. He brought us right to the glacier then spun the ship around 1 1/2 times to make sure everyone had a chance to see the best view.
This port was too crowded and commercialized. The jewelry stores and people were overwhelming. We finally took a tram to the top of the mountain to escape the madness, and went hiking. The hike was great, but there were still too many people.
Seems like a FAKE REVIEW. No cruises listed and no pictures. When someone says the food is horrible on any Celebrity ship I do not believe them. Celebrity is first class all the way and that includes the food and staff, and ship.
