Review summary
Everyone on board speaks with a THICK accent. Making it difficult to understand. I knew when they had pen and paper in hand, which was often, to nod "no". Because they were trying to upsell me on something. I've felt less pressured at a time share presentation. Then there was the spa. Oh, the spa. Booked around $400 in services pre cruise. When it was all said and done, my total was over $2300. Why? Because rather than just do what i had already paid for, I was up sold on every aspect of the service. That being said, the staff was wonderful. It's the management and the cruiseline. Now to disembarking, had what i consider a "premium" room, yet my bags were last ones off. I had another cruise booked over Christmas but thanks to this nightmare, I canceled. Don't even care that I lost my deposit. It will probably save me money not to go on amother time share cruise.Embarkation
