Review summary

I discovered blood stains on my sheets on the first night after dinner. The state room attendant took care of the situation immediately, however I didn't hear from Mgt until I got a call from Guest Relations days later. I was very disappointed with your laundered service and how they can wash and return sheets with blood stains on them. I've been on +10 cruises and never encountered a situation like this. I was not happy with how Guest Relations manage my situation. Love the captain!!!

Celebrity includes the drink gratuities in their “perks”. Unlike other cruise lines you do not pay extra for the gratuities when you get s drink package. I don’t like children on cruises hogging the hot tubs either. Wish there was a dedicated one for kids and separate ones for adults. But until they do, you can’t complain about another passenger wanting to use it.

I think this is a fake review.

If you choose from their Go Big, Go Better, Go Best peogram it saves you money in the long run. We did Go Best and it was a $315 pp up charge but you got unlimited drinks for 2... Unlimited internet... Cabin Gratuity and $300 OBC. Of course you have to pay the gratuities on the unlimited drink package, but you would have to any way.
