Tour boat PA system horrible. Could not understand most of what the naturalist was saying. Had to wait over an hour in port before boarding and lost some daylight time to see the whales!! Bad experience

Probably a fake review as no cruises listed or pictures. Anyway, if you’re going to Alaska you have to expect that the weather could be cold and rainy. We went in August 2015 and stayed in Seattle 4 days before cruise. Everyday we were checking weather in Alaska and they were having downpours and mudslides. We were getting very upset. When we arrived we had the mist beautiful weather and some days didn’t even need a jacket. The locals were saying how lucky we were. We were on the Solstice and loved it. IMO, Celebrity is first class all the way.

Sorry the weather didn’t cooperate. The weather can vary greatly anytime of year in Alaska. A couple of weeks ago people said it was sunny and in the 70s. I have been in early September and mid-May and has great weather but probably just got lucky.
