Review summary

This is my third cruise and first on Celebrity. It was by far my favorite. Celebrity has been able to design and execute a wonderful cruise experience! I have recommended it to friends and family. Bravo!

I was so impressed by the education lectures offered on the cruise by Brent Nixon and Amanda. Both are dynamic speakers and very passionate about the information they provided. I also enjoyed the lecture provided by Captain Tasos on the building of the Solstice. Absolutely wonderful. Alejandro and Caption Tasos are charismatic, witty, and entertaining. What a duo! I would love to cruise again with them to lead the way :) I enjoyed the nighttime entertainment. Exceeded my expectations.

Charles- our cabin steward- beyond attentive, helpful, pleasant, and met our every need /request. Marvin- assistant waiter- dining room and lunch time in the ocean view café- words cannot express how wonderful Marvin's performance was. He quickly learned our names, preferences, and made us feel like family. He went above and beyond what we would expect from our waitstaff. Excellent, excellent. Melwyn and Yuilia- diningroom- dinner service, waiter/sommelier- we quickly decided to sit at the same table every night for dinner after meeting them and receiving wonderful service the first night. We enjoyed their service and they provided great suggestions for our meal choices and wine. Jonathan- Ocean View Café- very helpful and pleasant. Stopped to say hello and ask if he could assist us every time we ate in the café. Alma- bartender in the casino- what a gem! She was so personable and we made a special effort to visit with her on a daily basis. She is a star bartender!

We've been on Celebrity 3 times and our very first cruise was Celebrity. They will definitely always be our favorite. The other 5 cruises we have been on have been great also. Our next cruise will need on Carnival Conquest and I hope we will love that also.
