Review summary

This was our first cruise and it was PERFECT! Everyone on this ship, from the Captain to the Cabin Attendants were super! The ship's staff was constantly cleaning every surface. The courteous and professionalism of the staff is the Gold Standard for customer service! The service in the dining room was professional and personable. Our Cabin Attendant cleaned our room to a SHINE twice a day. The Captain was very informative and had a great sense of humor. On-ship entertainment was diverse and enjoyable. Excursions were plentiful! If you couldn't find something to do on this cruise, you were sleeping!

Service and Staff

The Staff of the Solstice could do seminars on professionalism, appearance, and helpful conduct. Everyone was thoroughly helpful. They constantly were scrubbing and cleaning the ship. Solstice sparkled!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
This ship is a vision of cleanliness. The Captain gave a presentation on the building of the Solstice. It was very obvious from the way he spoke of Solstice that he loves that ship. The design of the ship is great, everything is easily located. We loved the Grand Fourier!
