Review summary
Very impressed with the ship, captain and his crew and the ports of call beautiful destinations and spectacular scenery however we were very disappointed in the service outside of the fine dining restaurants and the fight for a table at breakfast and lunchtimes. The food quality was poor and cold and trying to get a drink near impossible we had the premium package but had to push to get an upgraded wine this should have been automatic especially at dinner. We have been on celebrity before and did not experience this but that was 3 years ago the standard of service was very disappointing and the amount of people at breakfast and lunchtime just ruined the experience.Embarkation
