Mixed---food left a lot to be desired-- We may be spoiled by past cruises, Having experience both Oceania and Seabourn a few years ago. Service was great and the staff goes out of there way to ensure you have a nice experience.

Signage for lines could be better... Stood in line until it moved up to point where sign pointing out Conceige line was visible.... Not directed to shorter line..
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
1 out of 5
Food veriety gets to be an issue on longer cruise... menu repeated every 7 days.. Quality (taste) not what it use to be. Complaint had a chief chase us down and explain they were now preparing food to satisfy bland / non spicy palates... (British /Australian ?). Not the experience I would have expected on Celebrity (Cruised on Celebrity before--Century and Constellation several years ago--Certainly not the same experience. Drink prices very high.
Onboard Activities

Comedian was good.. And I enjoyed stage shows
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Every staffer we had contact with were great. However - food service staff appeared overwhelmed when the Neuro virus hit with so many people sick... Room service orders during quarantine were extremely slow and incomplete with errors made... Staff could better inform passengers about what to expect during the quarantine period...

could use more storage... space under couch could be utilized.
Ship tip
If you are looking for the Celebrity experience of days gone by in the area of food quality and selection, pass this ship by unless you are willing to eat in the premium restaurants every day...
Took a Limo tour of the island obtained at the tender pier... Had a good day... Don't go looking for a beach. None with chairs / umbrellas available outside of the resort hotels.
Took the Maori Excursion offered on board.. Except for the 2.5 hours spent on tour bus driving to and fro thru the beautiful NZ countryside.(not mentioned in the offering) it was ok.. Not what I had envisioned.
