The ship's Captain is absolutely wonderful. He is entertaining, friendly and an asset to the cruise itself.

Need to research the ports to know what you want to see before leaving. Ship should give better info on the best ways to get to the cities to find the sites of your interest. Happy hour should be published to aid passengers that do not drink enough to buy the bar package.

For the first time I purchased a beverage package (for my special teas and mineral water); it was very convenient. This ship had free cookies/pastries, and sushi..perhaps more. Good laundry service.

Having the upgrades included (drinks, gratuities, onboard spending) was great particularly as buying a drinks package can be very expensive. We booked some trips ahead of time and they were all good. Also booking ahead from Skymiles might mean you are in a smaller group.

Definitely get a beverage package. Skip getting a pass for the Persian Gardens.

Consider upgrading to premium drink packages. I recommend both alcohol and non-alcohol premium packages. Also plan several meals in the specialty restaurants. The additional meal charge was worth every penny!

We had the classic drink package and I would highly recommend it, it gave me the opportunity to try many new things, especially the coffee drinks and smoothies in the Aqua Spa Café which was fantastic with healthy drinks and foods.

The beverage pkg, was a great perk. Our bottles of water and different coffees and teas were all free as well as our wines and mixed alcoholic drinks.Hope it is always offered. We always enjoy a balcony cabin . Cabin seems bigger, enjoy peace and quiet "escape", morning coffee while enjoying view.

Research each port and consider exploring on your own. Most of the destinations were easy to navigate without a guide by using the shuttle, local buses or the train for transportation.

Make sure your trip package includes drinks. Do some excursions on your own.

Dont buy the soda package , plenty of free machines to get water, lemonade , orange juice etc, could have saved 200 dollars

The drink package is a must and the pre paid gratuities helps alleviate the cost of excursions which always seem excessive. Use the Blu room for dinning food is excellent along with the service. Nice gym to work out on sea days.

The Guest Services crew and Excursion crew were most helpful and responsive. The Dining room crew were excellent.

We had the beverage plan, specialty dining and all the excursions were reserved before cruise started and we had more time to enjoy our free time. No hassles.

To save a little money we booked our shore excursion on St Kitts privately (not through Celebrity) and we just ventured out on our own on St Martin and Puerto Rico with no planned excursion. We had no problems finding things to do and no problem getting where we wanted to go.

The Classic Package was included in our 1-2-3 perks. We don't drink alcohol, but used it for the sparkling sodas and coffees and of course, bottled water. Don't forget that the pastries in the gelato and coffee stands are FREE!
