Can’t beat Celebrity for cleanliness and beauty of the ship. Outstanding crew for the most part. Crew always acknowledged our presence and were kind and considerate. Cabin steward was terrific and one of the best we have ever had.

We enjoyed Celebrity and the ship Silhouette very much and cannot say enough about the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. I would recommend this cruise to anyone.

Overall a first class experience on Celebrity, great food, fun times and excellent staff.

The food in the dining room was not up to Celebrity’s standards. Our wait staff tried hard, but they appeared to be overwhelmed and always rushing. Not their fault the food wasn’t great. The bar waiters didn’t seem to understand the requests and they were simple drinks. On the other hand, Cafe Baccio staff were fantastic! Spot on and personable, unlike the dining room personnel. Tuscan Grille terrific!

We loved this cruise, the ship and destinations. Felt like a long time. The 4 days at sea was the best.

An excellent ship with great service. Food was outstanding with lots of choices. Especially like the gluten free dishes.

This ship the "Silhouette" with Celebrity was a great overall top quality,excellence, & price. You could tell they took pride in the operation and customer service from all crew members and staff. You can't find that service often. Overall activites, food, decks, and cabins were beautiful. We highly recommend this ship. The cruise director Sue was the BEST! Thanks Celebrity for a great cruise.

It was a great cruise on a great cruise line. We are looking forward to our next cruise already.

This is a nicer ship compared to Carnival and Norwegian. It is mostly for the 40+ crowd. Food is quality and quality shopping on board. Service is lacking as well as bed comfort. The excursions department DOES NOT guarantee service at the port if anything goes wrong with your excursion. Be aware of this. As a Solo cruiser I paid a double premium and got less than premium service. They don't relate well to solo cruisers on this ship. Sad to see.

Booking this cruise with was by far the worst experience booking I have ever had. After booking thirty-nine cruises, many with Celebrity, I’m pretty sure I know the drill. The first PL travel agent was curt seemed impatient. She agreed to hold a cabin for twenty-fours, no deposit, while I checked out air arrangements. Very interestingly, she said I didn’t need her phone extension, anyone who answered could complete my booking. I made my air reservation with the required deposit, then called PL to secure the cruise portion of the trip. I spoke to Joshua A. Very unfortunately, he made a different PL reservation number for the air portion of my trip, and the whole thing became a nightmare.

Entertainment shows were better than I recall from other Celebrity cruises. But, food offerings seem to be deteriorating - especially after halfway point of cruise. Felt like a lot of reheated or overcooked food in the buffet. The desserts ended up being nearly all mousses which were not good.

Celebrity cruises is our favourite cruise line we have sailed with and we have sailed with many. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, the ship is beautiful and immaculate. Great drinks package and fantastic food. Their specialty restaurants are out of this world and worth every penny, we ate somewhere different every night on our 2 week cruise and loved each meal and was wowed every time. The selection of bars is outstanding and there is always a place to sit somewhere, very wheelchair accessible and friendly just a fabulous cruise line and ship.

Would highly recommend this cruise. Excellent value, great food and service!

We have done several cruises in the past six years, and this was the best. Celebrity pays more attention to detail and personal service than any of the other lines we have cruised with. We will definitely book with them again next year.

Normal repositioning trans Atlantic. We had some weather but that's not Celebrity's fault. I thought they managed the situation as well as practical. Silhouette is a very attractive and well maintained ship with an experienced crew. Service was excellent.
