Very easy. Once we dropped our bags with the porters we went right inside. They had lots of cask agents to issue the sea pass cards and we were on the ship in no time.

We did not use the specialty restaurants. The food and service in the main dining room was excellent. We food ocean view cafe and the mast grill to be quick and convenient. Plenty of healthy items were available if you choose to eat that way.

The ship is well laid out. After the first day you will have no problems getting around. Everything was clean and well maintained but the ship in getting ready to under go a multi-million dollar refurbishment so I expect it will be awesome in the near future.

Did not do an excursion but stayed one day prior and 2 days after the cruise. Stay at a lower priced hotel prior to the cruise. The room was clean but was in a rough looking area. Stayed at the Bahia Mar near the beach after the cruise and really enjoyed the area
Did the port experience so we did the tequila and chocolate tour and the bird aviary. Had free access to the pools and bars in port area. A very good time
Did the Tulum and 5th Avenue tour. The tour guide was good but wish we could have spent more time at the ruins and beach area by the ruins. The stop for the tequila tasting was unnecessary as you have the opportunity to taste again at the shopping area. Could have used the extra 30 minutes at the ruins
Easily set up on the cruise lines side. They give you disembarkation times based on your return flights. The only drawback was only 3 customs agents to check everyone off the ship.
