This is a nicer ship compared to Carnival and Norwegian. It is mostly for the 40+ crowd. Food is quality and quality shopping on board. Service is lacking as well as bed comfort. The excursions department DOES NOT guarantee service at the port if anything goes wrong with your excursion. Be aware of this. As a Solo cruiser I paid a double premium and got less than premium service. They don't relate well to solo cruisers on this ship. Sad to see.

No issues I got right on the ship
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
The buffet is probably one of the best I have ever seen for a cruise ship. Fresh everyday and lots to choose from...way better than Carnival or Norwegian. The dining room has similar menu every day so it gets old after a couple days... I think they try to make you upgrade to the "fee" restaurants. I did try all of the "fee" restaurants and was happy with every meal. The French restaurant is wonderful and they cook table side. The Lumine interactive dinner was great too. Lots of fun.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
I found this cruise ship to have less activities compared to Carnival or Norwegian. They also had very "low" to no sound of music by the pool which I found boring. This ship is geared to the 40+ crowd so if you are a partier type of person this isn't the cruise for you
Entertainment
5 out of 5
They had a different show daily and it is quality entertainment. The magician Jason Bishop was awesome and a premium quality show. They definitely spend money here to give a quality show compared to Carnival and Norwegian's "1980s vegas style shows"
Service and Staff

My room steward was awesome and made me feel at home right away... the rest of the staff really didn't do anything out of the ordinary to make us feel welcome. Nothing memorable for this level of ship

Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
My cabin was a good size. The bathroom is high quality compared to Carnival and Norwegian. The bed mattress was extra firm... I didn't like that and the pillows are foam but they had been washed so many times that there were big lumps in them. Not as good quality as I thought from this cruise line. The couch and curtains could see wear and tare. The TV was small but had a few more channels compared to other cruise lines and also had about 15 free movies to choose from... the rest were pay to view. The ac in my cabin was awful... I had it on the coldest setting and was still warm in my room. The steward said that's the lowest it goes. This was very upsetting too for a cruise line of this caliber... I definitely didn't feel like a "Celebrity"
Ship tip
It is a nice ship and a higher quality from Carnival or Norwegian.
I took the trolley excursion and it was awful. They forgot to put the sides on the van and it was only partially covered. It rained and everyone got soaked. They cut the excursion short and didn't even offer any compensation for this. I talked to management on Celebrity and they were very UNACCOMODATING in regards to this. The service after the sale for the excursions department is awful. I would not recommend buying excursions with Celebrity since they don't guarantee them if there is an issue at port....
