Overall the cruise was great, even though we did not go to 3 of the 4 ports that we expected to explore. When you book a cruise it is usually based on the ship as well as the ports you may want to visit. Unfortunately we missed out on Jamaica, Key West and the Cayman Islands. I would not visit Nassau or Casa Maya again. I have been on 4 Celebrity cruises and there service and professionalism is always wonderful! I recommend this cruise line and will continue to cruise with Celebrity in the future.

We selected this cruise as it was Celebrity--love Celebrity--and had a variety of ports. We had a great time and will cruise with Celebrity and again!

We were very pleased with the condition of the ship. All the officers and staff were friendly and very visible. S mentioned the ship preformed well in rough seas and we felt very well cared for. This was our first time in Celebrity, having traveled mainly on Royal Caribbean, but felt that this line was a step above and will cruise again.

we go there for Mardi Grass. If we compare Equinox and Edge are more better. From the captain down to the last officer.

This cruise—ship, itinerary, staff, entertainment, stateroom—was so wonderful, I would do it again. And I hope I can in the near future. Eleven nights is the perfect length of cruise, and we got to visit so many places we’ve never been to before. It was as close to perfect as it can get without being absolutely perfect.

Smoking areas were few and far in between. Felt isolated at times because we were smokers! Otherwise the trip was very relaxing and just what we need. Next cruise is booked!

We booked a future cruise on Celebrity while onboard. That tells you we enjoyed this brand.

Excellent crew, clean ship, food was fantastic. Needs more comfortable seating and more things to do later in the night. Would of rather gone somewhere else than Columbia.

This was by far our Best cruise ever. The ship was clean and the staff was awesome. You can see why they were Voted the best cruise ship in the Caribbean by Forbes in 2019

We loved this cruise because we just wanted to relax. It was slow-paced and peaceful. We only saw 5 kids the whole trip. The food and service were excellent. We will cruise again with Celebrity.

3rd time on Celebrity and we booked another one for 2021.

Can’t wait to go again on the Refection!! I can’t say enough how friendly the staff was. Best ever!!

Despite draw backs, Celebrity staff and beautiful ship made it another enjoyable New Years cruise.

Really enjoyed this cruise. The food was excellent, theater was very entertaining, and great customer service from the staff.

Great ship crew food and great experience. Really appreciated the nice onboard credit and beverage package . First experience on celebrity and I would sail with them again. I will always book through Kathy at because her recommendations have always been spot on.

Avoid Casino, Shopping, Main Dining Room. Casino- total rip off of the ignorant passengers. If a regular casino, they would not have any educated gamblers set one foot into the place. Examples are: Poker tournament had 10 players with $60 buy in....... prizes 300 + 200 with the house taking a hundred. Last game they double entry fee to 120. Prizes just doubled as well. Took house same 45 minutes of a dealer, but house take doubled to $200. Cash poker game house takes 10% up to $25 on each hand. With each player buying in at $200, or $1800 total in game. After an hour, or 40 hands, house take was almost $1000. Typical casino take $5 per hand, not $25. Avoid the game....only casino wins in long run. Craps do not pay True odds unless you're betting $25 on line... can only back up two times. Never seen any casino not pay true odds and limit to 2 times back up. Blackjack dealer hits soft 17. No surrender. Pays only 6 to 5 for blackjack. Again worst possible rules for the player. Slot machines are just as bad, yet marketed by Ship daily. Advertising in daily paper the payout but when you ask what percentage payout they refuse to tell you. Would put in paper, $28,000 paid out. Misleading as hell to unsuspecting passengers. Since if you put in $5 and get back $3, you have lost money, but ship advertises they paid out $3. Just like a car dealer bait and switch advertising. Shopping on Board. All over priced and ship hustles the passengers like a car dealer would . An example, Watches... one person in our group was a Nun and wanted a watch. Store clerk tried hard to sell her watch costing over $1000. She said no and clerk asked how much she would spend. She told store clerk under $100 Clerk went into back and brought out watch marked for sale for $100. Clerk told Nun she would give it to her for $50 and that was the best deal possible for a watch that was being offered just to her. She bought it. 2 days later ship had watches on sale for $25 for two watches. Nun was heart broken and felt she had been taken advantage of. Watch out for gelato..1 scoop free per cruise..$550 per scoop thereafter. Bottled water $6. Last day only day to shop. All hand bags 40% off. Two for $25 watches. 75% off jewelry $10 fashion accessories $10 t-shirts. All in all last day was last ditch effort by ship to hustle every passenger for anything they could get for all the junk they got from China.
