Review summary

Great cruise, great ship, great people working on board. Love the Reflection. Can’t wait to be on her again.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Easy, fast and efficient even with COVID precautions and health checks

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Ate mostly at specialty restaurants and food and service were absolutely wonderful

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Used none of these

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Musicians and DJs were okay. None of the shows really interested us

Children's Programs

No kids with us. And also note there were no kids on board at all during our cruise.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
With the ship at about 1/4 capacity, we were treated like royalty by all staff and personnel. If you needed anything, all you had to do was ask. We had the best stateroom attendant. She saw to our every need and was so personable and pleasant.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Ship looked great. Every area we were in were spotless.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Love the aft location, but the balcony was way too small for the location and price of the concierge cabin. The one major complaint is lack of drawer space for all your stuff.

Ship tip

Check out all the restaurants. They are totally worth it

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

4 out of 5
No excursion. Just got on the ship here.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

3 out of 5
We came in on the other side with all the barges and container ships. With a husband needing a scooter, we had no options other than the immediate area off the ship.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

4 out of 5
Good stop but crowded. Again, scooter travel over the streets of Old San Juan was not easy

Nassau, Bahamas

2 out of 5
Never got off the ship with four other ships in port. Just too crowded

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Was off the ship in record time, 45 minutes before our scheduled time. Shuttle pick up back to our hotel, on the other hand was a nightmare.

Glad you had fun. Since the ship was only 1/4 full, 4 ships was probably about one ship worth of passengers. You may never see those ports that empty.
