From the moment we stepped on board, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The ship was immaculate, The cabin was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a relaxing stay. The balcony provided a breathtaking view of the ocean, and we loved waking up to the sound of waves crashing against the ship. The dining options were simply amazing. From casual dining to fine dining, the food was absolutely delicious and of the highest quality. The variety of options ensured that there was something for every taste and preference, and the presentation was always exquisite. The cruise staff did an incredible job of keeping guests entertained and engaged throughout the trip. The ports of call were all enchanting, and we were impressed with the variety of shore excursions offered. Whether we wanted to explore the local culture or indulge in some adventure, there was an excursion available to suit our interests. But perhaps the best part of the cruise was the exceptional service provided by the crew. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was unforgettable. From the housekeeping staff (Perdana)to the waitstaff in Cafe al Bacio(Yadira), Briton(Concierge) and specially Christian our Butler, everyone was friendly, accommodating, and professional.

From the moment we embarked on the ship, Christian(Butler) was there to greet us with a warm welcome and to show us to our suite. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the ship and was able to provide us with recommendations and insights about the different onboard amenities and activities.Throughout the duration of our cruise, he was always available to assist us with anything we needed. Christian was an indispensable part of our cruise experience.One of the highlights of having him was the personalized service that we received. He took the time to get to know us and our preferences, which allowed him to anticipate our needs and provide us with a customized experience. He also provided us with a special in-suite breakfast and dining experience. In addition to the exceptional service, he also took care of the little details that made our cruise even more enjoyable. He ensured that our suite refrigerator had always cold water, soft-drinks and fresh fruits. He even surprised us with special treats and amenities throughout the trip, such as champagne and shrimp cocktails. Overall, our experience with a cruise butler was nothing short of amazing. Christian’s exceptional service, attention to detail, and personalized approach made our cruise experience truly unforgettable.
