Absolute relax away from busy life, fantastic trip. Will be doing the same trip again hopefully on a slightly newer ship, now that our kids are older they want more things to do.

Food and Dining

Best buffet we have ever had, so much variety and choice for different food allergies. Often found ourselfs going back for thirds and even cheeky fourths! absolutely stellar food. Different food nights each night, so the menu was always on the go. Can get busy of course and you'll struggle to get a table for 4+ still worth it!
Le petite chef: so good we went twice! and managed to get two different menus so it was just amazing, was allowed to bring in kids and it was very intimate and personalized. Staff were impeccable everything was just awesome.
Sushi on 5: you are on a cruise ship so you have to assume that the fish isnt fresh and most likely frozen. we gave them a chance with that. The food was still good and very well presented!
Tuscan Grille: the waiter told me this would be the best steak ive eaten, i challenged him and told him i was from australia - it was still very good we were impressed, and came back for the chefs table cook off.
MDR - very similar choices to the buffet, but much more personal experience, and just stellar amazing service. Nothing was too hard for them - they even arranged desserts from the buffet brought up
Little foodary around the ship also were enough to keep us satisfied.
I put on 8kg during this cruise and didnt complain once when i got back on the treadmill
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Trivia nights, bingo, talks in the lounge, pool area and solarium + shows and live bands
We can admit, there isn't as much as some other ships to do, and the trivia were getting a bit rinse and repeat for the 14 days we did. Archery and drone racing was different. The ship is showing its age compared to others out there.
lots of little bars where id spend hours chatting to strangers with whiskey and wine, really relaxing
dress up night and the photographers got some great shots we printed off at home, really good memories
Entertainment

stage shows were really good, we went to all them and had plenty of moments like - wow we are on a ship watching this and having another amazing kid free night!
Had a guy that did his phil collins set and was that popular that people had him in for another night!
Children's Programs
5 out of 5
Its a smaller ship, but there was the right balance of enough kids to have things do to.
Multi-lingual staff made it easier for some of the shy kids to participate!
The staff were all bright and warm, really love their job and kept all the kids full of fun. Only issue we had was taking our kids out they wanted to stay!
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
tipped our cleaner quite a bit at the start, as he was gonna be looking after us for two weeks and there wasn't a day we were not impressed by how he did our room. Very very impressed with how our room was left. After you've had a huge day ashore its so nice to come back to a quiet room and rest before the night activities.
Ship Quality

staff all worked very hard to clean and wipe down all surfaces after use
always saw staff cleaning something, glass, hand rails, tables and chairs
was very impressed with all the food area's, no spill went longer than 2 mins before it was mopped amazing!
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
very well lay out for our cabin, we had a comfy soft bed and a drop in bunk for our kids.
plenty of space and room for chargers, laptops and usb ports all laid out
our kids would often sit in the well that is the ocean porthole and read or chill watching the water go past, it was very relaxing and comfortable!
Ship tip
go on a diet before joining, fantastic crew and ship
