Review summary

We have sailed Celebrity previously, this is our first trip since the pandemic. Clearly the service on this ship has suffered. Our waiters, while pleasant, lacked any personal conversation or attention. Our orders were mixed up on several occasions. Bartenders on the upper pool and sky lounge were disrespectful often catering only to the bar flys.

Room steward was top notch, waiters were young but pleasant, the bar tenders on the upper pool side were rude, served warm beer, often served patrons clearly out of order.
