I loved visiting the ports. Changes had to be made because of tge typhoon, and it’s amazing how everything could quickly be organized. Yokohama is a nice port to have as a base for more than one day.
Embarkation

I had a pre-cruise excursion that took us right to the embarkation. No lines.

Good breads and desserts. Of course tge waiters were goid and remembered our requests, such as extra ice.
Onboard Activities

Celia’s informative naturalist programs were great. I didn’t care as much for the man speaking about Japan who couldn’t pronounce towns.
Entertainment

Musicians were good. They could do without the hypnotist and so-called comedian who talked about bullying.

i couldn’t find an elevator to the 12th floor. Observation lounge only has part if the port side available.

The bathroom smelled. After I requested a spray and better cleaning, it was okay for two days. I couldn’t tell where the odor originated.
We were able to take an excursion to Tokyo Tower since we got an extra day. There are free shuttles plus lots within walking distance. Beautiful terminal!
