OUR CRUISE WAS GREAT, BUT WITH IT BEING JUST A TWO DAY CRUISE, IT WENT VERY FAST. NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO AND NO INFORMATION WHEN WE FIRST GOT THERE. THE INFORMATION CAME IN AFTER WE HAD SUPPER, IN WHICH CASE WE DID NOT SEE TILL THE NEXT DAY. I THINK IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THE INFORMATION WAS ALREADY IN OUR ROOM BEFORE WE GOT THERE OR GIVE US A PACKET AS WE ARE BROADING. ALSO, I DON'T THINK THAT THEY SHOULD TAKE THINGS OUT OF OUR ROOM IF ITS IN THERE WHEN WE GET THERE. THEY TOOK OUR BINOCULARS OUT OF OUR ROOM ON OUR SECOND DAY.

Given the size and scope of new ships, the Infinity is very old and dated. And the quality of the food and experiences on board to not make up for the fact that the ship is so limited. It was windy outside, and the ship rocked all night. If you get seasick this is not the shit for you I won’t go on the Infinity again

The main dining room was excellent and the high point of the cruise. Otherwise staff was not forthcoming, spoke poor English, bars closed early, limited activities, getting off and on the ship was terrible.

We enjoyed our time aboard the Infinity. We especially enjoy short cruises and will be taking another one soon.

Love celebrity , great food and service will definetly b back !!!

We loved the specialty dining. We ate at Tuscan Grille and Petit Chef. Great experience. Perfect little getaway.

Overall had a great time wish they had more areas where you could dance and party a bit, but for my first cruise it was great time. People were friendly and staff were great!! Would definitely sail with them again

Focus on the positives and take a patience pill when 1) booze cruise-like indications of staff short handedness and disinterest and 2) hiccups resulting from the ship's age and condition pop up, and you'll have an enjoyable trip.

We are frequent Celebrity cruisers. Celebrity is our go to. But this was well below what we have experienced on our previous trips.

Both my wife and I were very happy with the Celebrity experience. I read many reviews on trip advisor and they were mixed so we were not sure what we were going to get. So when we received excellent service and high quality food, we were pleasantly surprised. I am glad we did the aqua class. I am not sure if I would go from the suite since they cost much more than the balcony. Either way, I don't do a lot of cruises but I would go back to Celebrity based on the experience we had.

First and last time on this line. Tacked on charges out of nowhere. People were pissed off standing on line waiting for guest services to help them. Everyone was getting frustrated with the lack of help and the lack of communication! Things I was told on the phone and online before going were untrue. Had to pay for a ticket to an excursion that I paid for only my daughter to go on - guy at excursion desk says, Who did you talk to? Like, kid - seriously? I worked my ass off for this trip - put every effort to make it special for my time with my daughter and he says, well, I can give you a small discount. I paid near $300 for her excursion and I had to pay to go on it with her after your phone reps had told me I could ride the boat and just observe. Guess who had to pay near $200 just to sit on a boat? ME! I got mad and told him - you people need to communicate! This is bullshit that you are adding to charges left and right!

Nice length for quick or first time cruisers. Food and entertainment good. Rooms comfortable and Ship large enough to easily handle the number of passengers without feeling crowded.

Best service by everyone specially sherkhan and his staff.

We booked this last minute and loved it. Food, service was great. It is a older ship but is has heart!

Disappointing Christmas Cruise. Lame decorations and lack of Christmas music everywhere. Never saw a Santa Claus. Ship in need of refurbishing. This ship not up to par with other Celebrity ships. Great staff, food and drink.

We really enjoyed our time away, had a couple days with rough seas😓 definitely take some Dramamine it really does help! Met a couple that we will definitely keep in touch with! Great food and cocktails were awesome!!!

We had a wonderful cruise experience!!! My daughter has many food allergies but the Head Chef Puwan personally ensured that she gets food of her likings and made it totally flawless!! He prepared allergen-free food for her all the time to ensure the safety. We were 13 people in our group. Our table #520 serving crew especially Ronny and Mohammad were amazing. They and their supervisor Sher Khan was very friendly. Their hospitality was at the professional level. I will give them 11 out of 10. The shows on the ship were incredible. Any time I go on cruise, I will pick CELEBRITY. Thank you for making the wonderful memories!!

This ship highly recommended for older family reunion. Families with young teenagers ,not recommended for them, since nothing much to do for young generation. Programs, dance shows though scheduled ,many times gets cancelled.

Overall, a good budget choice for a cruise, but definitely not for foodies; I would choose a food cruise next time with a more upscale brand. I would also choose a newer ship as this one felt outdated.
