15 Night Panama Canal Eastbound (San Diego To Miami)
Sail Date: April 11, 2016
Ship: Celebrity Infinity
Cabin Type: Balcony
Cabin Number: 9064
Traveled As: Couple
Reviewed: 1 year ago

The canal experience was terrific as was Cabo, one of the ports. The ship is old, tired and showing it. The biggest negative was the crew who seemed unhappy and mostly with negative attitudes. The cut backs Celebrity is making are now very visible to the traveler and this experience was so Atypical of past Celebrity cruises it is hard to believe they continue to tout themselves as owners of the "Premium" cruising niche.

Aqua class no longer receives bottled water daily, needs to ask for flavored tea, canopies, replacement toiletries etc. Torn sheets and seemingly starched towels
