Review summary
Our cruise was marred by a whole lot of little things. One thing the cruise ship did exceptionally well was getting us on and off the ship. My wife is not very mobile and they put her in a wheelchair and really zipped thru both experiences. The other really good performance was our cabin stewards. The entertainment was mixed....the singing/dancing productions were great but other acts were mediocre at best. The activity programs lacked any real cultural information....like how to set your table? The food was plentiful and just OK....the desserts (one of my favorites) in the buffet area were not very creative until the last day aboard. Do not purchase any of the cruise line shore excursions ....we found plenty in three of the ports for half the price. We had terrible weather but of course the cruise line can't do anything about that . Instead of gaining weight, I lost six pounds which speaks for itself.
