A Great but rainy cruise

Sail Date: September 16, 2011

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

A great cruise marred only by rain. The ports visited were interesting and scenic and the activities were well planned.

Pros: The ships staff

Cons: A poor choice for piano bar entertainer

We took the nature tram which was very informative. One of the managers of the cannery and shops , Johan, gve us a personal tour of the cannerys machine shop, a special treat for my wife who is a retired tool and die maker.

Tour of Buchart Gardens "behind the scenes" was not worth the extra cost over a standard garden tour.
