For example: It's huge, easy to get lost the first day or two, but the staff are very helpful. The best coffee is made by Alexander on deck 5. Best drinks are at the Mast Bar on deck 14 Nehemia Best shopping is on the last day, great sales. there is always something to do on this ship

ON THIS TRANSATLANTIC CRUISE--EXCRUSIONS ARE IMPORTANT--THEY WERE FABULOUS! AND THE DESK WAS SO ACCOMODATING---BUT THE SUGAR FREE CHOC CHIP COOKIES--ARE SIMPLY THE BEST---ALSO--LOVED OUR DINING STAFF-AND TABLE LOCATION--FABULOUS!!! THE DININNG ROOM-GREAT!!

Sunset Bar was the best and not too many people discovered it - at sunset, it is unbelievably peaceful, serene and inviting.

Most cruisers dined at the Main Dining Room or specialty restaurants. The food was great at these places. But, if you like to dine alone in a quiet place, you can do the buffet.

There was no outside adult pool- despite the depth differences of the two pools, kids were packed into both. Not everyone is on the ship to entertain their toddlers. We watched one fellow trying to work with his i-pad get repeatedly drenched, until he had to simply give up.

The best bar is the passport Bar on Deck 3 near the Dining Room due to quality of bartenders and servers. Bacio on Deck 5 is great for coffees and teas,, especially if you have a beverage package.

Navigating the ship is easy after a day or two. The ship was always spotless and the serving staff was always so polite and friendly....not so much the officers and people in charge of activities.
