This was my first cruise experience and it and the entire staff was amazing and exceptional. My husband and I will never forget this experience. We're looking forward to future cruises with Celebrity and the Equinox.

Awesome!!!! Our dining room experience was exceptional. LUCIANO our Head Server treated us like we were the only two people in the room. We loved his professionalism; he made it his mission to interact with us, to familiarize himself with us and the other guests he served. He'd suggested food items that were on the menu he thought we might like. He made us feel comfortable, welcome and special, he acknowledged us and greeted us by our first name. He and the Assistant Server (I apologize for not remembering his name) not to take away from his service took very good care of us. And the young lady who served our beverages on the first evening dining in the Silhouette Dining Room made sure our beverages were on the table waiting for us when we arrived for dinner. They were all great and hard working. But Emilio being the gentleman that he is, also displayed the same behavior and pleasantries when we'd see him in the mornings in the Oceanview Buffet Dining Room for breakfast, he was the same happy joyful person we had seen the evening before at dinner. He would speak to us by our first name even then when we ordered our omelets for breakfast. Emilio was just such a blessing, and he helped to make my/our trip unforgettable. It was obvious that Emilio, Stateroom Attendant, Luciano, in Top Notch Food Service were the best as well as all the hard-working dedicated Celebrity Equinox Cruise Ship Team enjoyed making sure all their guests had the best experience they would never forget. Oh, the stage shows were wonderful and entertaining. My husband and I totally enjoyed the DJ's, Pete, Captain Matt, performing in the game show, and musicians. I think we danced almost every night we were there.

The service was outstanding!!!!! Each staff member we came in contact with was very impressionable, always smiling, very manner able, caring, helpful, pleasant, going above and beyond to ensure we were cared for and well pleased during the entire trip.
KUDOS to Our STATEROOM ATTENDANT, EMILIO, he was on the Ball! He took exceptional care of us, our room, our luggage and he also made sure my husband Nate Williams' who is on PD Dialysis had his boxes of Dialysis Solutions that we preordered and delivered to the ship was brought to our room. He disposed of my husband's medical supplies and boxes every day, and always smiled greeted us each time he saw us, Emilio is outstanding and takes PRIDE in caring and making sure his guests are well taken care of. He represents Celebrity Cruises very well!! Please let him know how pleased we were with his service.

We loved it! The ship layout was beautiful, convenient, modern, and very clean. ALL the Service Attendees kept ALL the areas very clean and sanitized and neat.

We ended up missing the DoubleDecker bus on the first stop of the Double Decker Island Tour. My husband had to use the restroom and it was out of range and he took longer than the break time. A lady who worked at one of the restaurants nearby saw us looking for the bus and told us the bus waited for 15 minutes but we didn't realize we would miss it, but we did. So, the lady at the restaurant was kind enough to get a cab so we could get back to the cruise ship before it left.
That was a very scary experience. It ended being a pleasant experience, the cab driver took us on a tour as he brought us back to the ship. As a suggestion maybe extend the first stop a little longer.
