We had such an amazing time onboard the Equinox we booked another cruise. The ship, the staff, the food, the experience was more then I could have hoped for!
Embarkation
5 out of 5
So simple! We were a little early and planned to wait but they sent us right through.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
All I can say is wow!!! The food was absolutely delicious!
We only went to 1 specialty restaurant, Tucson, for our anniversary. They made us feel so special. The food and service were both exceptional.
The main dining room was above and beyond what we expected. Our wait staff was top notch! I can’t say enough about our experience. Always ready and excited to see us. The food was so good it was hard to decide what to have.
Even the buffet was amazing with so many delicious choices. You will not go away hungry that’s for sure.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
We stayed very busy with activities onboard. We played Deal or no Deal, digital scavenger hunt, archery, slots tournament and of course dancing. We lounged by the pool and swam a bit. And of course we were in the casino several times.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The shows were amazing! These performers were so wonderful and talented. The same cast put on 3 different shows. Again I can’t say enough about how talented they are.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
We had the best staff. From our wait staff at dinner to our stateroom attendant and our favorite bar tenders. These people work super hard with a smile on their faces. So accommodating and go out of their way to make you feel like you are their main priority!
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
There was always staff cleaning wherever you went to make sure the ship was clean and sanitized.
The ship was easy to Maneuver and didn’t take long to find our way around.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Our cabin was very comfortable. My husband is a big guy and he had not trouble moving around. Our stateroom attendant worked very hard at keeping our room clean and tidy. He would do the extra mile like lining up our reading and sunglasses, and left us an anniversary towel decoration on our bed.
The only hard part of disembarkment was having to leave the ship. We didn’t want it to end. But they made the process very simple and easy. No rush, no crowds, just wait for your number to be called and walk right off.
