the main dining room was disappointing: service was pour, food and menu not satisfactory.
Did not like wine list selection, wines in the classic package where poor quality, sour and cheep, overpriced.
Onboard Activities

participated in all activities, enjoyed some, not so much some of them. not enough to do, very quiet cruise, mostly for people who come on a cruise to read a book all day long.
Entertainment

the live music was not satisfactory at all. munitions where not open to people's requests.
during pre-dinner dancing segment they where playing foxtrot music for the entire time, or west coast music entire segment, no variety for dancing. The latin music very rare and very late at nite. munitions did not engage people.
Service and Staff

our room was not clean when we came in, the floor was not vacuumed, the shelfs fool of dust, the furniture was stained and poor quality, the balcony was heavily stained and dirty, there where clothes from previous cruisers in the closet. We can see sand on the carpet in the room. The window curtains where not clean, and hard to operate. The smell of paint was very strong in the room almost daily. The waiters where not attentive, we would need to make several requests before they would finally respond.

Ship is well designed from engineering point of view, but not well designed for the passengers: our room vas not possible to use during docking and leaving the ports due to loud noise and floor vibration. The venues where live music was being payed had no place to dance.
Cabin / Stateroom

very noisy room during docking and leaving ports. Smell very bad of paint most days. room was not clean moving in. the layout was not working for us: no TV in the bedroom.Not enough electric outlets to charge our devices. We could not use the balcony due to the smoking neighbors.

Do not book this ship. It's totally overpriced for what you would get.

Definitely some areas that could be improved; however, in my opinion nothing as bad as review relates.
Initially told ship expecting 1,500 passengers, but later told only about1,200 actually boarded.
Thanks for the review. It sounds like cruising is not for you since the cruise just left 3 days ago and won’t end for a while. It has a chance to improve. Most have rated this ship 4-5 stars, but cruising isn’t for everyone.
