We paid for internet and it was awful. Service was sketchy and not always working. You were required to sign in every time you locked your device. It wasn’t worth the premium for the internet package.

Very quick if you completed your pre boarding express pass. We were on the boat in less than 20 mins from time of arrival at the port. Uploading a picture of each person made the process faster too.

Buffet was better than most cruises we have been on. The sit down formal dinner was excellent. There needs to be more snack foods provided when the buffet is closed.

The outdoor pools were small for that size ship. The indoor pool was restricted for adults only.

Shows at the theater was good. We really enjoyed the show called “The Topper”.

The kids only went to kids clubs once during the 7 day trip. There wasn’t enough kids activities for younger kids. This cruise is more geared for adults rather than families with small kids.

The ship was clean and well maintained. The elevators are slow though. Use the stairs if you’re trying to get somewhere faster.

Ship tip
If you’re looking for a cruise for a family with younger kids, pick another cruise. This ship is more for adults or family with older children.
Beautiful port but our excursion ended very early even though we didn’t leave the port for 3 more hours. The excursion time could have been extended an hour without jeopardizing returning to the ship on time. We took the tour to St. John Trunk Bay.
The excursion was poorly organized and managed. We were not greeted by the tour guide to get our wristbands. We wasted 30 mins just trying to find out the location for the transportation. I would not recommend the company. The resort was nice, but the experience to get there was a horrible stressful experience.
