Review summary

We had made Celebrity our go to cruise, and this was our fifth, with another coming up in July. Really hoping that the summer cruise proves to be better then our most recent one. It was my understanding that the Cabin was on vacation, and there was a sub cabin on board. I am hoping this was the issue. We did not even hear from the Cabin until Tuesday, and never saw him out and about. The shows were good, our dinner crew was very good, but the rest our service was off.

Dinner in the dining room was good. The buffet was your standard buffet fair as expected, but seating was very hard to come by.

First time ever to rate a celebrity cruise with poor service, but at best, it was just so, so. Especially disappointing was the pool bar bartenders. not enough of them, very slow, and to top it off, they had quite the attitude. Other indoor bars were under staffed as well.

Ship needed some TLC. Our balcony was rusty and several drawers were difficult to open.

Time for an update. For a Concierge Class cabin, I could tell no difference from a regular cabin.
