Review summary

Excellent food, nice rooms and gym. Ship was nice but basic. Ports were good. Not too crowded. Embarkation time of 2:30 is too early.

Embarkation

Fine except the ship cruise time was advertised as 3:30 but a few days before the cruise we were notified that we had to be on the ship by 2: had to rebook plane tickets last minute and lost $600.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Really good food.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
The shows and stuff were great but it’s a basic ship compared to newer ones. More of a relaxing adventure. Gym is nice.

Good shows and entertainment.

Children's Programs

Didn’t bring kids

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff really went out of their way to please.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Room was spacious with a good bathroom. Ship is nice. Pools are on the small side.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Quiet, clean and comfy room with a decent sized shower.

Ship tip

Arrive the day before. I missed the ship in Miami and had to fly to Cozumel because the airline took 3 hours to get baggage off the plane.

Glad you had a good cruise. Thanks for the review.

Would never fly the same day as the cruise, too many things can go wrong. We like to arrive at least two days prior to sailing for this reason.

We always arrive the day before. It’s much less stressful and certainly costs less than having to book or rebook flights
