Absolutely boring. There weren't enough activities during the day. Other cruise lines have trivia during the day, more music in the clubs, free drinks while you gamble, movies on television and just more activity. I said this was a relaxing cruise...to me it was a boring cruise.
Entertainment

Your best entertainment was Chelsea Reynolds and the Whitney Houston singer. I saw your first show and the other shows after that were repeats of the 1st. That first show with the Alice in Wonderland hat was a dud. There was no flow. We couldn't understand the words and all the singers did was scream into their microphones.

Our waiter and assistant, and our room steward were the best things on this cruise!!! What happened to the last evening conga line with all the waiters and kitchen people? I was telling my family this was something to look forward to and you didn't have it. Truly a disappointment

Your common areas, especially the restrooms were immaculate. Our steward was always on top of everything. I saw why this ship needs to go in for repairs and overhaul.

The mattress had a groove in it on the edge where others have slept. If I tried to move more inward on the mattress I would be forced to fall into this groove. A new mattress or slipping of this mattress would be better. Why were there no ice buckets or towel creatures? Again, I told folks to look forward to seeing them...then of course, nothing but a piece of chocolate. Sad, very sad.
Loved it!!! Went to the "Public Beach" then shopped. The bus system was fantastic!! The people who tried to drum up rides from the port were rude and expensive... The police officer informed us about the public bus.
My family and I cruised on the Equinox in 7/2017 and had a fabulous time. We were never bored. Always had things to do and their shows were absolutely fantastic! I happily, didn't experience any of the negative you apparently did.
Sorry you were unhappy but it sounds like you’re used to lines like carnival. Celebrity is quieter. I have always found trivia on board not sure what happened on your cruise.
