Review summary

Cruised 5 times with Celebrity.. Poor service from day one. Ran out of most alcoholic drinks including Coke. Poor dining experience put in a dark corner each night and took ages for meals...cabin was smaller than other celebrity we had upgraded to concierge.. no difference....cabin was not clean and aircon awful. We went with family and were embaressed we had recommended celebrity. Won't be returning... Captain is bringing more modern approach.. Very nice lady, but this ship is dated and staff need a squeeze....

Totally agree with your comments .Overselling drinks packages they cannot supply drinks for is just not good enough

This ship also needs to upgrade the shows at night.. There own production team were amazing as was Dan when he did his own piece of opera!!! But we went to two other separate shows on different evenings where at least a third of the audience walked out.. I felt like doing the same they were terrible..I feel this ship is an old vessel with tired staff and no one is interested in updating anything...we along with other passengers have been ripped off from our upgrades and drink packages. We did enjoy our holiday but it's shameful that this ship ran out of drinks etc. And Celebrity need to reassess customers needs...with EFFECT

Think they need to realise if 90 per fent of people are on free classic drinks package or upgraded after badgering to premium they will need to raise stock levels .
