We enjoyed our cruise. Our stateroom attendant (Paul) was amazing and the waiters (Ashron and Beldev) were great. Milo was excellent in coordinating our next dinners at each sitting.
The mixup at Guest Relations was frustrating, and could have easily been avoided. The fact that it dragged on for the entire cruise was a huge disappointment to us. Frankly, it surprised me, as the customer service elsewhere on the ship was superb.

We prefer to eat Whole Food & Plant Based. This info was provided to Celebrity head office but is it forwarded to the ship?
Silhouette Dining Room - a little slow to offer the vegetarian menu and the kitchen a bit befuddled about what to feed us. After manager involved (Milo), it was much better. I would suggest that if you have special dietary concerns - involve him immediately. Ashran and Beldev were excellent.
Silk Harvest specialty restaurant was excellent. Our waiter was Guldan (spelling?)

The staff at Guest Relations were not helpful at all (including the manager). I was promised a set amount of shipboard credits when I booked, but Celebrity would not add these to my account. Multiple visits to guest relations required, and did not receive credits until very last day of cruise. This was even with appropriate paperwork in hand. Not helpful!
This rating involves Guest Relations only. Everyone else was outstanding.
Thanks for this review. I agree that Guest Relations is critical and typically the toughest, both for us and for them I assume. We had a similar issue on Solstice, and finally resolved after returned home. Otherwise had great trip on Solstice and looking forward to Equinox trip.
