This was not the experience we wanted for our first, and possibly last, cruise on Celebrity.

Overall this was a great cruise. Celebrity did not disappoint, the food was solid and the service top notch. I’m glad we saw the Mexican Rivera, though I was disappointed in Cabo and would never want to go there again Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta were great.

The food was not that great most kind of blah. Same menu most nights. I will go back to Princess and Holland America. Ship was nice, service was nice.

We did this cruise to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary. Corazon and Robert from Blu made sure we celebrated in style. To be fair Celebrity has no control over the weather. We were fogged in five days of the trip. Second, while ashore at Pier 39 I fell, trashed my knee and spent the rest of the cruise in a wheel chair. Not Celebrity’s fault. The staff went out of their way to make me comfortable.

Amazing cruise. I enjoyed the tone in each port and wish it was longer. I will return to California and will cruise Celebrity again.

I love Royal Caribbean and Norwegian, so I had high hopes for this "luxury" line. It was fine, but definitely no better than these other cruiselines. Don't spend more money thinking Celebrity is something special.

This was just a getaway cruise, the ship was nice, the staff great,, if you’ve never been to California the stops were great as well.

A bucket list cruise that didn’t disappoint, Great scenery and wildlife, would recommend

Been to Alaska 3 times. Wont be going back with Celebrity. We had a August 2024 booked. Will be cancelling. Tired of seeing same old , boring stops at icy strait, Juneau and Ketchikan. Will be going back to Princess cruises. They go to way more destinations and more for us to do on their ships compared to Celebrity.

My family had a wonderful cruise. We had good weather the entire time which I feel so blessed. Overall the food was very good. The worst thing was the Celebrity app. It’s buggy and half the time, your message is delayed. That sucked!and a bit disappointed w the amount of photo opportunities we had on board as we had a photo package and expected lots of photos.

Too crowded, no masks, ended up with Covid. Need to be more vigilant about crowds.

A lovely cruise and very relaxing. I doubt if we will be back, so made as much of it as we possibly could. The ship was somehow different from the last time we were on it, but it didn't detract from the enjoyment of being spoilt rotten!

The staff were absolutely amazing and very very friendly. The food was superb and the ship was immaculately clean. Will definitely return on a celebrity cruise again.

Had a fabulous time, this was our 2nd cruise to Alaska and we were not disappointed.

The ship is older, but still nice. The ports were pretty, but the docking was in freight areas. We loved our cabin and the ability to bid for the upgrade, even though its location at the front of the ship meant that it was quite noisy. Our cabin attendant was great. Dining was typical, but the wait staff were wonderful. No real shopping opportunities for other than touristy junk. Embarkation and disembarkation were truly awful experiences. We normally sail on Royal Caribbean and have only sailed on Celebrity once before, almost 20 years ago. It was an awful experience, and we were hesitant to sail on Celebrity again. After this trip, all things being equal between Celebrity and Princess or Royal Caribbean, Celebrity would be my third choice.

Boring! Mock-tail choices very few! For older gen.

Was quite cold at this time of year. Wellington and Christchurch was missed out because of bad weather. Not a good time of year to cruise to New Zealand

We have always wanted to stay in an AFT corner Sky suite. It was lovely but tired and the suite experience started off rocky with our embarkation due to the staff at the OPT not knowing who was entitled to what. Luminae was a little hit or miss but the maitre d here was exceptional when he heard about our concerns. Marlene in Michael's Club was a gem and really helped us when wanting to make/change bookings. Amnah, our butler, went out of her way to make sure we had an enjoyable 45th wedding anniversary and cruise. She even brought us nibbles and wine for 8 off us when we had a suite party! We felt this cruise was a little hit or miss...the drinks were certainly not comparable to previous cruises. But, we love Celebrity and will cruise again with them shortly.
