Review summary

The first thing I would like to mention about this cruise line is great management.

Embark and disembark took just minutes. Very organized and efficient service.

Cabin's service was very nice an always on time. We've almost never seen them coming to clean the cabin but coming back to our stateroom found it clean and with all the necessary stuff.

Dining room experience: main dining room ( we liked the select dining that allowed our dinner anytime between 6 and 9 PM) had provided excellent service.

As a buffet in the Ocean View restaurant, I would say that it deserved to be better for such a nice cruise line. Bakery in the morning was stale and very little variety from day to day.

Entertainment was mostly OK.

Excellent service at Public Relationship desk. Always polite, friendly, and helpful.

Our travel agent surprised us with OBC, so it was the first thing we saw coming to our cabin. It was a very nice gesture. Thank you very much.

Overall experience was very good and I would recommend this cruise line and specifically this ship to other people.

main dining room excellent service had been provided there. We always came to the same table #533 where both the waiter, Roldan, and assistance waiter, Mario, were wonderful. Very friendly, attentive, always given recommendation for course's choice, and provided us with something special. For example, we asked them for berries once and since that day every night it was served to us.

Ship tip

We stayed in the forward inside cabin. It was very quiet there. The room was large enough with a good size closet with more than enough hangers. Enough drawers in the bathroom and the shower with the doors (no more ugly curtains).
