Cruise was relaxing. Booking through bookaa was not. Without specifically informing me, they set me up with a cruise fare that did not include a drinks and Wi-Fi packages that had been advertised in their promotional emails. I only found this out shortly before my cruise and bookaacruises refused to make good on their advertising, which I considered a bait and switch technique. Highly disappointed with bookaa.

5 out of 5
In general the service staff on board were friendly, helpful and hard working.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
Ship in great want of a refurbishment. Supposed to get one in May of 2024
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Cabin was dated but kept clean by the service staff. Had problems with the bathroom plumbing and room temperature controls. This cabin had no balcony and only a large porthole window with shades that you had to keep closed at night if you had lights on in the room because you could interfere with the bridge which was kept dark for nighttime visibility by the bridge crew.
I used VTG as my agent and they advertise, if the price drops they will give you on-board credit for the difference. Nada. Price dropped and they made lame excuse that was a different package structure. You can't trust anyone anymore.
Be for we trash the travel agent I have to share what we had this year, Feb 2023, on Connie. Our room keys did not have the necessary codes for the extra packages either. It's more of a Celebrity issue with older IT stuff. Yes, it's a pain to have to stand at customer service to get the fox, but it was made right. Seems this is the American Airlines as your agent.
