Review summary

Beautiful cruise from Ravenna to Civitavecchia( Rom ). Ship is ok, but our Verandaroom at 9th floor was not good for the view because the localisation is under the Oceanviewbuffet and noisy at night! The 2 last stopover in Portofino and La Spezia canceled, not great for us!

Stinks Portofino is beautiful and La Spezia great launch for Cinque Terre. We love Celebrity but pay more to cruise with them, just because contract doesn’t require it a little OBC for the extra sea days would be a nice IMO.

If you book a cruise last minute, as I did with my first cruise on Equinox, you generally won't get to choose your cabin. If you do, it will be whatever is left. Last minute bookings don't usually get premium locations. As was stated: READ your cruise contract regarding compensation: there is none for missed ports, except port fees and taxes.

Sorry you were disappointed. Always check the location of your cabin when booking. Missed ports are always disappointing but as per your cruise contract the cruise line don’t actually have to give you any compensation.
