Staff not yet will trained as we are used to getting great service on Celebrity. They were slow and needed reminding for simple things

Very spasmodic, many different entertainers. Only saw the production crew twice.

Waiters were in need oc more training. Pur room attendant was fantastic. Other ship personnel were friendly.

Thd ship was great. 2nd time in a row we have been on the Constellation. Some parts are tired but all was very clean.

Used as disembarkation port. Not good outcome.

Standing in the hot sun waiting for private shuttle. If Ravenna is going to be the replacement port for Venice, a builder has to be built or more permanent larger facility.
