Very slick operation, with all staff well trained in customer relations. The food choice and quality was excellent. Our room met our needs, although the whole boat is looking a little dated and tired now.

Faultless staff. With one exception of disambiguation at Sicily. Staff told us to go to the port on the shuttle, but we should have stayed beside the ship. We nearly missed our tour because of this. It all turned out ok in the end with a 30 min delay, and ended up being the best tour of the entire cruise.

The whole ship is looking a little tired, but you must be aware of this as you are planning a refit.
Cabin / Stateroom

The room was clean, a good size and kept in this state by the staff throughout the cruise. My only criticism was it always smelled of cigarette smoke outside the door, and on the balcony.
Ship tip
Look for a cruise with 1 or 2 sea days, so that you Can appreciate the facilities on the ship. The sauna is excellent.
Lake Bled is worth spending more time in, like a long weekend. Not 45 mins. Too far from port to visit really.
Ljubljana is a very forward thinking town.
