Review summary
In general the cruise was very good. However at the time we booked we were advised that the only cabins available were on level 4 just forward of the aft (C) elevators. This is above the galley which is very noisy. Between booking & cruising we tried to upgrade to a higher level and a cabin with a balcony. No luck. During the cruise we encountered numerous folks who booked much later than and were on higher levels etc. What gives. We would certainly never book again under these conditions. Tour info should include location of temperatures given and when differences in temp a remote areas as at Poas volcano give to potential temps and weather. Include a large TV showing ship progress in real time. Not just a pencil showing the routing. The immigration process was the ultimate bad experience. It was hours long and completely unorganized.Ship experiences
